A digital denim startup gets an identity and branding system.
CLIENT / AUDIOCHROME
Audiochrome is a new startup denim brand that came to REAKT to initiate developing a new brand identity system. With a completely new digital manufacturing process, Audiochrome aims at a significantly reduced environmental footprint. Wanting to bring the denim industry into the digitalized future, we sought to help design a forthcoming and progressive visual mark that was unique to Audiochrome. The almost triangular shape of the logo hints at the brand's name, while the movement and treatment of light shows a sense of movement - fitting for a brand seeking to bring digital technicolor to a monochrome clothing industry.
Our visual discovery took us through various moodboard considerations; -ultimately landing on a stealthy sci-fi mashup.
